Creed put together 24 groups of the following:

4 starting pitchers
4 relief pitchers
4 infielders (1B, 2B, 3B, SS)
3 outfielders and 1 catcher

Upon signing up, each owner will receive one random set of each group. I will use random.org to get the 4 random groups for each owner. I will take the 4 groups remaining after the other 23 owners have theirs.
Each owner must have the 16 random players they receive on their roster. Any season may be used and the players may be used at any position. Each owner must draft (9) 200K players to fill out their rosters. Owners will receive 12 AAA position players and 8 AAA pitchers to use as you wish. They will be way above average with real names.
There will be no trades or WW allowed. The DH will be used. Any stadium is ok. There will be no salary cap and the alignment will be random. No live play.
