Simple theme: all players must have alliterative names, meaning their first and last names start with the same letter. Players like Mark McGwire, Sammy Sosa, Dizzy Dean. You can use all 26 letters, so long as the first and last names start with the same letter. NO AAA, WW, DH, clones, trades, or injuries. Pick any ballpark you like.

Agree with 0soup. When you think about the players you'd want -- Barry Bonds, Mickey Mantle, Sammy Sosa, Willie Wilson, etc. -- seems like it should be more like 120-ish cap.

Thanks both. I prefer the lower caps but realistically this thing isn't filling, so you guys should feel free to take the theme and re-post it at $120M and see if you can get it filled.
