4-Season MWR: 55-115-180-260
Beginning in Season 9, any team that fails to win at least 50 games in a season will be removed for the following season. No exceptions (Death Penalty).
MWR Penalties
1st Violation - Prospect Budget capped at $15M the following season.
No IFA signing over $5M.
2nd Violation - Prospect Budget capped at $10M for 2 seasons.
No IFA signing over $1.5M.
3rd Violation - No IFA signings.
Any player entering the following season with 70+ OVR must be promoted within the first 30 games.
4th Violation - Immediate removal with no appeal.
