Pay homage to the great Negro League teams of the past by joining the Negro League! We have a soft win requirement of 54 wins per season. Tanking is not allowed and it is up to the commissioner's discretion, with feeback from long-time owners, to determine if someone is tanking. We are a Universal DH world.
You must choose a city and team name that was an actual team in one of the old Negro Leagues. Some of the team names now available include the Jacksonville Red Caps, New Orleans Stars, St. Louis Stars, or the Philadelphia Stars (or Tigers, used one season).

AL EAST
New York Cubans - 85-77 - The Cubans finished just 6 games out of a Wild Card spot. They are led by a great Right Fielder, J.O. Bautista, and have several great prospects, such as AAA 2B Thurman Woodward and RL SS Raymond Peterson. Build to the major league roster or trade away your veterans to build up a strong minor league system. This team had the same owner for 38 seasons.
AL SOUTH
New Orleans Cresent Stars - 98-64 - This team was the 1st Wild Card this past season. It is READY TO COMPETE NOW! This team had the same owner for 25 seasons and just and just needs the right touch to bring home a championship!
Montgomery Grey Sox - 91-71 - This team was the 2nd Wild Card in our recent season. The top two stars on this roster are still in Arbitration, setting the new owner up for success, whether you want to build around these guys for the future or trade them away for prospects.
NL EAST
Jacksonville Red Caps - 60-102 - Do you want a high draft pick, a clean slate to create YOUR team in YOUR own way? This is the opportunity for you! This team had the same owner for 44 seasons. You will have several strong major league players that you can either build around or trade away for younger talent, such as last season's first round pick 2B Buck Piatt.
NL WEST
Wichita Monrovians - 87-75 - This team finished just one game out of the last Wild Card spot last season! The same owner was in place for 17 seasons. There are a couple of stars you can build around, or they can be traded for a rebuild. This team could go either way you like.
