another tip Ive found is useful is, go to your player settings and reduce the recommended "Maximum Pitch Count" for your minor league starters. I change all of the Recs to just 10 pitches ab...

Sometimes the Sim likes to put pitchers at like 100 Target but 125 Maximum pitches. By reducing the Max pitch count to 110 in that scenario you reduce the risk of late season fatigue.
