I am running $20M in Int. and $14M in Adv. currently, and I had him at 72 OVR with 81 Cont and 65/69 VL and VR with my Int.

In other words, for at least a few seasons, I should trust my more expensive international scouts, in addition to his results. I probably need to increase that Advance Scouting budget also…

I only spend $5M on advanced scouting, which is, obviously part of the problem (my logic has always been that by the time I sign a player,
