i would disagree. Building a team is also making good free agent choices. So for a very bad team just signing a couple players just to get to 60 wins makes no sense. Building through the draft does .....

There's a 2 year grace built in for those situations. If you can't get a team to 55 wins by year 3, that's just choosing not to improve.

To be honest if I saw the MWR before i took over this team i wouldnt have joined. Two years to turn something around correctly is kinda tough

With that said, I would encourage Vcavs to go sign his first round pick if he has some cap space. Looks like he's willing to sign for slot and would be a nice piece for that rebuild

Seems like that’s definitely not happening here. Learning takes time, possible he was over his skis with as many teams as he had.
