As I stated before, my draft picks start in rookie ball. Great prospects stay in the minors 3 1/2 years to 4 seasons. Good prospects will most likely stay 5 seasons. Fodder are banished for life.

Comparing his ratings to the ratings of your current MiLB teams often a good way to place him. If he's a clear outlier, he probably should be at a higher level.
