Another world I'm in (Sabo) has 14 openings.. would be perfect for a merge but the thing about everyone having to give up their teams is weird / makes mergers pointless if true

I'm willing to wait around for a bit to see if it can happen but I have too many jobs and young children to be able to spend sufficient time recruiting.
