Currently 49 open spots for public leagues with 9 or less openings. Going to be awhile.

We usually don't have to wait long for the league to full up. This is solid league with good owners. 7 is quite high for tur over though. Once we get to 2-3 openings we will be in business

I sent in a ticket about the commissioner thing. Response: You are correct. It is a public world therefore no commissioner. It must remain public, as WIS needs a handful of public worlds for new users...
