correction: with 10 in INT'L SCOUTING and 0 ADV SCOUT, I currently see 270 total available (156 POS, 114 PITCH) ... of those, I can find any interest whatsoever in somewhere between 7-10.

This IFA "Glitch" is why I will not reup for next year. Those of us that chose not to participate in IFA and therefore budget $0 in scouting do not get to benefit from this error in the part...

We won't be able to compete for at least 10 fake years. The only chance is to severely tank for 3 or 4 years and put 20/20 in draft scouting but then the minimum win rules kick in. Oh well.......
