there are people who crave instant success and have zero patience, and its that attitude behind most teams that skip the draft and pay huge amounts for free agents.

when that doesn't work out after 2 seasons they bail and leave a crater for the next coach. this game is wasted on simple minds, but if you care to do the total job it's very rewarding.
