2/03 1:16 AM That's generally what happens to someone who's relatively new to D1. One of the tough things about getting into HD now is that there are a lot of veteran coaches in D1 and most of them have been recruiting at this level for quite some time. ... zlionsfan
2/03 1:16 AM ...It's hard to move up and figure out how to start building a team, the differences between D3/D2 and D1 are pretty significant. You'll get the hang of it in time, though. If you aren't already there, I'd recommend joining the HD ... zlionsfan
