3/03 8:20 PM LA doesn't have talent to compete yet. Brought in a bunch of guys to raise the talent level so reduce your guys blowing me out by 30+ to getting it into 20s by end of next season #smallgoals tannermcc1

3/03 8:17 PM Ya seems like new coach reduction is pretty harsh. (though i wish i had done 25 minutes because that could have done quick a bit too). ftbeaglesfan
3/03 8:15 PM It wouldn't be 100%. I think I heard once it was like 30% reduction in all effort previous coach did. I usually take rebuilds so it wasn't important for me to remember the exact number, sorry. tarheels_50

3/03 6:39 PM Tarheels, now that recruiting is over. What kind of effort did you put into robert anderson? I'm curious of the impact of new coach reduction. I had put 1500 AP into him, and then put on max effort (20 minutes only) as a new coach. Did my AP lose ... tannermcc1
