6/05 2:56 PM Welcome SkyetheLimit. You can sign D2 or D1 recruits in D3. D2 recruits will potentially sign after the first cycle of the late recruiting period. D1 recruits will potentially sign 11pm EST the next to last day of the late period (24 hours before ... lhrr
