After the Indiana game, my successor expressed some discontent with the way the team was performing, and indicated that he would be stopping after this season, if not before. I did what I often do when I feel dissatisfied with the offense of a Motion team - I set everyone to the same base level and said, let it work itself out.
My successor said afterwards that he was overreacting, after a night out. Not a problem. I'd prefer he keep going on the team. The guys are winning, which is what counts. The offense has improved a lot, and the defense along with it.
