I've just left a decently developing
Columbia team for the higher baseline of the A10. The team returns 10 players, most of whom I felt pretty good about. Here's my
spreadsheet with their projections for development. The conference is very active, has a inter-conference challenge with the MWC and boasts lots of talented and reasonably likable coaches. If you are thinking of making the D1 leap, here's a great first gig for someone.
