I am fairly new, still learning, and it is fun. Started one theme league and it was great. Was looking for other new owners, or less experienced, and had to open up to Veterans. So in baseball we have 16 team leagues. I would like to have the 16 team option also for us. I think if we have a theme and 24 will play great. But, for instance, win your first championship, may be hard to fill, and 16 team option might let that theme fly. Once we grow more veterans, then the themes including all would work fine
