Ideally, the Spartans could have used a SF who could develop enough to start next year. However, filling two open spots with two top 20 players is phenomenal. Both Wilkey and Jameson will be stars for the Spartans. Both are surefire NBA draft picks. That is very, very good for a year with no pressing needs, and it's possible that PFs can adequately fill the SF role for the next few years, and MSU can thrive with the extra rebounding edge.
Grade, in my opinion:

Well, well, well - guess who's recruiting class was just ranked #24 by CollegiateInsider.com? Nice job! Everybody in the Athletic Department is really excited - I think I'm even getting the administration behind what you're doing. Keep up the good work!

They just don't give much credit to a class of 2 players. I couldn't be happier for the results of this year's recruiting.

Thoughts, reflecting the information below:
The team is thin at guard and very, very deep in the frontcourt. The guards aren't exactly worldbeaters just yet...they need time to mature. The team should be in pretty good shape, though, with defensive and rebounding. The reserves aren't as good defenders as the starters. Obviously, they won't be going against offensive players that are as good. Hopefully we won't notice the drop-off.
