#28 SF, #276 Overall, ***;
no promises (I asked him to redshirt but he said
no). I really wanted Thomas Mulvey to redshirt, but it is impossible, as far as I've seen, to get a half-decent SF to agree to that. Since Mulvey is (roughly) half-decent, it was a doomed effort and I should've known better than mention it, instead waiting to see if he'd take it upon showing up at campus. Mulvey is, without question, a career backup. His FT shooting is abysmal, and he doesn't excel anywhere except perimeter shooting (and that, only to a degree). Still, I had two promising looking SFs fall through, to Michigan and Pittsburgh, respectively, and the options behind Mr. Mulvey were ineligibles, who I wanted even less than a non-redshirtable redshirt candidate.
