$255M Cap. 24 team League. DH, CLONES, WW, TRADES all OK. Draft anyone you like. Then MANUALLY draft your 24/20 WAA AAA players. Select your BALL PARK from one of those with a rating OVER 1.10 (there are 9 to choose from). For Owners with 7 or fewer MLB Championships. Limit of 2 teams per owner.
