Description: The rules are fairly easy: $130 mil cap, all seasons available. No AAA, WW, Clones, or Injuries. I envision DH being used every other season, starting with season 2, just to mix it up. Season 11 will NOT use a DH. Now for the blacklist...after each season, the following leaders will be blacklisted for future seasons: HR, RBI, BB, SB, and Batting Average.
