"Two player platoon for every position & pitchers under 295 IP. " The rules are (1) Must have 2 players at each position, 16 total {each must have 175-425 PA}; (2) 9 pitchers total {every pitcher must be under 295 IP}; (3) Team max salary is $100 mil; (4) NO AAA, WW, DH, clones.
